"Zach, Dustin & Robert are consummate professionals! Zach did the initial evaluation of our crawl space, foundation, and framing and developed a solution to remedy the deficiencies. Outstanding job! Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. Their customer service skills are absolutely beyond reproach! According, they have my highest recommendation for any foundation, waterproofing or house leveling issues anyone may have!!! "LRE Ground Services had exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism.  Our house is a small rental since we live in Houston now; however we lived in this small 650 sqft bungalow for three years before the move to Texas. 
The previous owner had made some foundation shoring that are holding well; however I thought it might be best to have a professional look since the house since it is a rental.  I contacted another competitor to LRE and I was quoted $35-$40,000 for a new foundation on a small 650sqft bungalow.  In shock I contacted LRE for another quote.  LRE assured me the foundation appeared to be sound and there was no need to disturb the foundation since we've had no indications of cracking or settling. 
LRE was punctual, professional, and I truly feel they are not out to make a quick dollar.   I was very pleased with their help and if I ever decide to do work in the future with the foundation I will surely be in touch with them!

"I hired Alex to install laminate flooring after some water damage. He did a super job, so we discussed my other needs. He has built new skirting around my mobile home and enlarged the back porch. He is now completing a spectacular screened porch with a handicap ramp. He has also worked to find the best costs/people for other things like a new A/C, an electrician, and a roofer. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
