"The staff arrived on time, and were friendly and efficient.  They parked on the street then ran hoses across the back yard to the septic tank and cleaned it out.  I have an access cap on my tank, so they didn't have to disturb much of the lawn.  In about 30 minutes they were done. One of them made some suggestions for use of septic tank additives to keep roots from entering the drain field.  They cheerfully accepted my Angie's list coupon for a $25 discount.  I was very pleased, especially since an estimate I received from another company for the same service was quoted as $75-$150 higher.

"D&S was professional and polite when I had late afternoon emergency (plumbing and clog drain) they sent someone out within a hour. The workers who came out was professional; work in the rain putting a pipe back together made sure everything was working before leaving clean the entire area. I will highly recommend D&S.
