"Had several major issues with reliability, on time completion, and just overall responsiveness and customer service. Contractor would routinely not show up, no call or text - no notice. There were multiple times contractor would show up for 1 or 2 hrs and simply leave. When I would would reach out to main contractor -no answer and at times no acknowledgment. Not sure if contractor took on too many projects or just generally overwhelmed. Additionally, his lack of communication only made matters worse. I had to consistently follow up with him - not him with me. Renovation project was extremely delayed, estimate was 4-6 weeks and took 4 months. Staying on top of the contractor took way too much personal time and energy. I felt like the project manager half of the time. That said - quality of work and finished product was good and reasonably price, IF you don't mind all the hassle and dealing with the uncertainty."
