Hired the Concrete Club for my backyard project and it was worth every penny, Juan was very proactive and was always communicative with us. Santiago came himself to shake my hand in person and answered all of my questions in detail and came up with a great design for the transformation of my backyard. I will he hiring them again for my driveway. Very professional, fast, and creative crew. We are very happy.

Simply put, God awful. Paid $ 1,100 and could have gone to Home Depot and for less than $ 400 did the same work. Clearly, I was not going to pay the second half of $ 1,100 for a total of $ 2,200. Cracks were not filled and when I asked about the unprofessional job Juan responded, and I paraphrase "We don't really do "Asphalt" driveways." My thought was you should have been upfront with me and not scammed me!!!

Fantastic work, great communication, great customer service. Juan communicates quickly and effectively. Santiago does the same. The crew they work with, were up early at 7:20am to start the project. They did a great job on the project and cleaned up afterwards. Would hire again!!

Prime Design Miami poured concrete floor at our property with staining as finish. It was not easy to determent if the surface was smooth but i already mentioned before staining that there are some rough areas and if it should something done to it before staining. I was told no when they add the stain/paint it will be smooth. After staining it was clear there are rough areas in the floor. Sadly i paid them after staining but was unable to see it since had no access because it was wet. They left a can with the paint if we need some after they said for example repairs. When it was dry there where clearly rough uneven areas to see. So i sent pictures and asked them to come out. Communication got complicates i guess because they received their money. After Weeks they came and argued thats normal just more paint as to be added, but they didn't. No more answer from them. I decided do it myself with the paint they left. After a couple more layers still rough and uneven areas. Disappointing, would not recommend them and sure not pay after you see the finished dried out product.

They responded to my request for the services mentioned. I received a An estimate and then Was able to talk to a person and clarify my needs. And then I had a problem and I still was able to talk to Santiago and we worked out the best solution. My experience here actually helps me to look at Angi in a different way. Thanks to Prime Design Miami and Daniel, we have the concrete we needed. Thanks?

Very professional crew and definitely worth it. They design everything for you and even provided us with rendering before we even had come to a conclusion if we wanted the job done or not, which was kind of cool because it’s something that no other company had done for us before. Definitely a quality company and worth every penny. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, this is not where you will find that, but if you’re looking for quality then I would 100% recommend them!
