I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

"I received eagle concrete’s information from my neighbor after I asked him who did his driveway because I'd loved his driveway. I was redoing my entire house after I bought it and eagle concrete by far was the best vendor I had. My driveway was the last thing I did to my house. They under promise and over delivered on every aspect of the process.They knew exactly what i wanted and did an excellent job . I wish I knew they also made pools as I would have used them for that or anything in my house."

"They came out to start the project (9/19/25) just as it was getting dark outside which was my first clue something isn't right with this company. Less than a month after having new asphalt installed, weeds are poking through and causing bulges. They have several areas where the asphalt is uneven and "bowled" areas where rain collects in the middle. Several locations where it wasn't filled in and several cracks within the first day. I contacted the company several times to come back to fix the issues. They responded saying they'll be back out on certain day, but always had excuses only when prompted on why they never showed up. Now no responses after a month. Several of the neighbors had this company installed asphalt on their driveways. All have complaints on how unsatisfied with the job they did. I measured and only get about 1" thickness when the contract clearly states 2.5" poured and will be 2" after rolling the final surface. Photos were taken next day and the weed photos are about a month after install when I noticed (10/23/25). Going to be interesting to see it after it's first winter when ice heave breaks it up even worse."
