I was greeted with a polite smile along with a pleasant and professional attitude by him. After, we discussed several job projects (trash can area , circular high rise centerpiece for front yard, walkway to mailbox, enclosed wall around fire pit, and a L-Shaped wall to house a grill on the outside patio) I was pleased with our conversation especially after he showed photos of their work, the job comes with a 1 year warranty, and reassuring the work would be done in a timely manner. "Poured a patio slab in my backyard. A drainage problem due to an incorrect sloping of the concrete occurred. The contractor did correct this problem eventually. When the job was done I received a Notice to Owner from the cement supplier that if they were not paid in full by this cement contractor, then they could come after me for payment. Up to and including a lien on my house. Though worrisome, this too was resolved with no additional cost to me."

"Very well, the system is running fine. As far as I can tell the job was completely successful.  He came out looked at the coverage I had said it was good. We talked about one sprinkler head that had been broken with the mower and another that wasn't popping up as it should.  He said the timing unit was an old one and he was not sure how to set it, but that was not the problem I wanted addressed anyway, I can work it.  Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend Reliable Services to anyone needing sprinkler repair.
