"Poured a patio slab in my backyard. A drainage problem due to an incorrect sloping of the concrete occurred. The contractor did correct this problem eventually. When the job was done I received a Notice to Owner from the cement supplier that if they were not paid in full by this cement contractor, then they could come after me for payment.
