We have the real professional contractors license that allows us to do all possible work in the aluminum and screen enclosure industry. Please be aware of the screen and aluminum contractors that simply have a $30.00 occupational license. Many of them are listed here on Angie's list. Our license allows us to build screen enclosures as well as repair them and all facets of the aluminum industry. Anyone is able to obtain an occupational license, however that is not the proper license to perform screen work and aluminum products. Our license number in Broward is: CC-16-AL-20399-X. In Miami-Dade: 15BS00492. Statewide: CGC1509420. Please make sure that the company you hire has a proper trade license. We go to school to obtain these licenses. With over twenty years of combined concrete construction industry experience in South Florida, I proudly state that our reputation precedes us and I welcome you to experience a smooth transition from conception through completion of your project.

"BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT do business with Eagle Concrete Corp, Louis Machado, and his family operated business. After working with them for 6 months, they decided to walk off our project b/c they realized they weren’t qualified to do the work, but only after they poured our driveway. We contracted with Eagle Concrete to rip out and install a black concrete driveway with a stamped design, which was discussed at length prior to signing the contract, including pics and videos of what we wanted. We were assured by Louis, multiple times, they could do it. After four months of waiting for our permit, due to several clerical errors by Eagle Concrete, the day finally came to pour. I noticed immediately the concrete was not black and stopped the work. Turns out Louis never ordered our color. He even tried to cover this up by calling me the night before to tell me the shade might be off due to the mixture, but that would be fixed by tinting the sealer. He tried to use the color slate in place of the ultra-black we had selected. Now they had to demo the driveway again and order the correct color, costing us 2 more wks. When they finally poured, they messed up the design so badly that the entire driveway had to be demo’d again. Louis did not communicate or coordinate with his crews about the design. They didn’t even have the correct tools and began to modify the ones they had in an attempt to make them work. At one point, Louis told me they’d fix the errors by “grinding” the design into the driveway, which isn’t even possible. They also failed to measure properly, so as the design was cut in, our squares eventually turned into diamonds. They failed to protect the newly poured sidewalk, so the black concrete ruined it. They failed to protect our newly painted garage door, which was splattered with concrete, ruining the paint, and now has to be repainted. The next morning, Louis had his crew demo a portion of our driveway b/c of how messed up it was, leaving us with an inaccessible driveway and a safety hazard. We didn’t hear from Louis again except to tell us his parents pulled him off our project. After pleading with Eagle Concrete for a week to finish what they started, they chose to walk off the job, stating they no longer had the qualified manpower for the work. They offered a full refund in exchange for our silence (see pic). We had to start the process all over again with a new contractor, and quickly found out prices had increased significantly since we originally contracted with Eagle Concrete. We were left with no choice but to sue Eagle Concrete, who’s still holding our $13k+ in payments."
