"The initial contact was quick. Charlie came and provided an estimate which was fair and reasonable. We did have several delays in getting on their schedule to start which was a bit frustrating. They had legitimate delays with illness and a crew in a traffic accident. The delay was about three months to get started. However, once work began, everything went very well.
