We used this company for a gas line install. They were actually the most expensive estimate we got but my husband thought they were professional and could get it done the quickest, so we went with them. Worst mistake ever. I received an estimate on 4/28 and approved it the same day. I was told it would be a couple of weeks to pull the permit and get the job done. I called a few times in May and June and was told we were still waiting on the permit. Finally someone came to install the line on June 16th, almost 7 weeks later. At this point parts had to be ordered (why they weren't ordered when the estimate was approved I'm not sure) and the work was not completed for another week. Then we waited on the inspection and waited and waited. I was told my gas line was terminated by the city in 2020 for non use so we paid an additional $660 and that was reactivated. Finally 3 months later I'm ready for the city to set the meter. I called again after sending several emails and no response and I was told the final inspection was done by the county on 7/24. The city came out today and informed me that it had not been done and they still couldn't set the meter. They even provided documents showing it had not been inspected. So now we are in August and still no resolution. Please do not use this company if you are expecting professionalism or any sort of communication whatsoever. Also at no time has anyone ever apologized or taken any responsibility. I have been more than kind and patient the entire time. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this is a lot. I would honestly say this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

I had new facets installed and my hot water heater repaired. Pete was AMAZING! the plumbing in my house is complicated and Pete had it figured out in no time. Extremely courteous and professional! I couldn't be happier with their customer service. Thank you!!

Nolan arrived on time and did a very quick, professional job removing my old dishwasher and installing my new one. He courteously pointed out all of the new, updated features and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. It was very refreshing dealing with such a respectful, knowledgeable young man. Next time I have to call a plumber it will be Harlow Plumbing without a doubt.

The installers name was Nolan he was very professional he quickly installed the microwave left his area clean and was careful not to do any damage very polite young man would recommend him for any job that they might have thank you for having Nolan as an employee

Travis was very helpful in scheduling our kitchen sink install. Despite being busy, he was able to send Pete Chesser out the next day. Pete did a fine job and is very pleasant to work with. The cost ro us was HALF of another company's estimate. Very pleased with Harlow Plumbing and I recommend them with no hesitation! Andrew E.

The removal of my existing tub/shower combo and replacement was beyond expectations. From our initial meeting with Jerry Wiggins to the final product I could not ask for a better experience! They were professional, efficient, friendly and my bathroom was as clean after the install as it was when they started. Not only was the service SUPERB, the renovation cost was $2000 LESS THAN the least expensive of competitors bids!!! I will use them again for another bathroom project in a few months.

They did a whole lot more then plumbing, totalily handled the remodel from start to finish. They are truly fantastic. And all their sub contractor are top notch. Canâ t say enough about how good these guys are

I bought a microwave from Lowes and David Green and Nolan Ryan came to install it. They were superb. They contacted me several times to keep me posted. They were very nice and polite and even friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my house. They made the job look easy. We enjoyed them so much that I bought them lunch. Additionally, I spoke with several different people ans they were all.nice and knew what they were doing. Thank you, Harlow Plumbing. I will not forget you.

I have never, ever, EVER dealt with a contractor like this. I requested a quote in Apr 2018. When I called they schedule for the very next day to come give me an estimate. They showed up, took measurements, considered the project, jotted down notes and handed me a precise, single figure, written quote for a new marble walk-in shower. They never once tried to upcharge me or try to convince me I needed more than I asked for. They also explained the process. 4 days, Wes said. Day 1...demolition of the old shower and prep. Day 2...they would fabricate at their shop, so they wouldn't be at the house. Day 3 and Day 4...installation. We held off on the project because of work and summer approaching. When I called then in Aug, they scheduled as soon as my schedule permitted. They came in...Day 1...demolition and prep. Day 2...they didn't come to the house. Day 3 and Day 4...they installed a BEAUTIFUL shower. Jerry handed me the invoice and it was EXACTLY the amount they quoted me 4 months earlier. Not a single penny more. I can't express enough how incredibly impressed I am at the professionalism and quality. They did EXACTLY what they promised. These guys are great!

I had a shower stall replaced with a marble tub and shower. Wes, Jerry and crew were great and so was the workmanship. Job was done on time and the bathroom looks fabulous , I highly recommend them and will use them again.
