"Jeff the owner from Family Shield came to my home and assessed my lawn and immediately informed me of what he thought was going on with my lawn. Which lined up with my assessment. Everyone in the office has been very polite and has treated me with kindness and respect! I will post in a couple of months and let you know how my lawn is progressing! My first treatment begins this week! This is a family owned company and they have been remarkable!"

"From my first discussion with Eduardo to the final installation, I can't say enough about the professional installation and product installation. They installed with total respect of my home and the surroundings. His team carefully put everything in discreet yet functional positions. They earned my 110% approval and would highly recommend! We are now Mosquito Free - and my wife and I can now enjoy our backyard paradise!"

"Eduardo is a top notch human being. It was a great pleasure to work with him and it was comforting to find a company I could really TRUST. From the moment he started the job, to the very end, he was professional, clean, friendly, honest, hard working and kind. His attention to detail was very impressive! If I had a question for him, he responded right away. Not one time did I feel like I had to worry about a single thing. Eduardo showed me how to work everything. He was very patient with me and showing me how to work everything. He didnâ t just install an irrigation system, he installed landscape lighting, bug control, and a sound system as well. He did an immaculate job. He truly cares about his work and that his customers are very happy. Thanks so MUCH Eduardo!! I am SO HAPPY! You are the BEST!"

"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."
