"We moved into a new home and found a nonworking awning. It took work to find this company, which is the Sunesta Awning dealer in my area. Along the way, I had been given all kinds of quotes as to how expensive the repair might be. Mike from Awning Stars scheduled with me promptly, came over as scheduled, assessed the situation, and quickly determined that all that was needed was a minor adjustment that he completed in about five minutes. "One of my patio door blind had fallen off and needed to be reattached. No big deal. David repaired my blind. Was not able to make them equal in length. I asked if he could reverse blinds so front side was out facing. He didn’t want to do that. He left me repaired but not happy. He also wanted to be paid cash."
