"Got into a last minute jam for a listing after the home had been renovated and needed to be listed by Monday. Booked the 3500 square foot home in Mims on a Friday night as no other cleaning company answered their phones or text messages. By Saturday afternoon the home was ready to be listed. The staff took their time and spent 6 hours deep cleaning this home and even stepped out on the roof to clean the windows from the outside. By far the most responsive, thorough, and professional cleaning company I have ever dealt with in 20 years of real estate. Needless to say, my client was ecstatic with the results. This is my new go to cleaning company!"

Small jobs welcome

"Bought a house and the other owners were filthy and did not even venture to clean anything. Had a long-haired dog and the hairballs were floating around the floors. Dog hair was everywhere. I started to clean and realized that I could not do it alone. Got Brenda from Home Adviser and she heard the panic in my voice and came over that afternoon to assess the situation with me. I wanted a deep clean and she did not fail to do just that. It has been about a week with working a room for hours at a time, but I am finally feeling that I will have a livable and likable home for me. I will probably have her come once a month once we have finished with the deep clean. Love her positive attitude and dependability. Thank you, Brenda, for answering my ad for help. Wonderful."

Blind Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Custom window treatments cost around $900 per window, and prices usually fall between $150 and $4,800. Your total will depend on many factors, including the type of window treatment, the amount and size of the windows, your home’s location, and the labor cost. Blinds and shutters tend to be the most affordable custom window treatments at $600 to $2,700, and the most expensive options are valances, drapes, curtains, and estate shutters, costing up to $3,000.

You should replace your blinds every six to eight years, depending on the level of wear and tear and material of your blinds. Blinds that are warped or bent become difficult to open and close and usually harder to repair than they are to replace. Old blinds with frayed or exposed cords can also pose a safety hazard if young children are around.

If you want to avoid taking the blinds down, cleaning them weekly with a microfiber duster or vacuum can help take care of dust and dirt before they turn into stains. Otherwise, hold the blinds to keep them stable and go over them with a damp microfiber cloth. If you need to use diluted vinegar or a mild detergent, dip your cloth, wipe them down, then follow up with a clean, damp microfiber cloth.

Clean high-traffic areas such as kitchen surfaces, bathroom surfaces, and bedding once per week. Deep clean other areas every three months to a year. How you use a space can help you figure out how often it should be cleaned, with areas where eating, bathing, and food prep occur getting the most frequent attention.

Your schedule for deep cleaning will depend on how often you clean regularly and how dirty your home gets. If you clean weekly and keep things tidy, you may only need to deep clean once a year. But if you don’t keep up with regular cleaning or have pets that drag in mud and shed all over the house, you might need deep cleaning two or three times a year.
