"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."

"Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. "The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"Did not communicate in a timely manner. Job got done. On first look, the tile was beautiful then when others saw it pointed out uneven tile arrangement, the slope for shower was not uniform and water pools before the drain. But what was most irritating, was that they wanted paid in full before the work was complete and I had a chance to inspect, although they had to wait since I was out of town and do not have Zelle payment. . I have seen their work and it is beautiful but the service was not what I expected."
