Needed shower/tub replaced in both bathrooms of my mobile home. I am guessing Hunter got my information from Angi and I went with him because I needed it done and I assumed he was reputable, being on Angi list. My first mistake was hiring a cabinet maker to install bathtubs and showers, second mistake was paying him in full. Not only did he do half-axx work, he did not complete it and left my secondary bathtub leaking, knew it was leaking and left me on ?read? multiple times when I texted asking him when he was coming back to fix what he messed up. I had to hire someone else and had to have the project redone from start to finish because he messed everything up, ending up paying half of what he charged to a REAL PROFESSIONAL, and having it done correctly. I am out more money than I wish to be out but I highly believe in Karma and I wish his business to flourish the way he deserves it to, which is NOT AT ALL. *There was no bathroom remodel in the option for work needed

Just very mediocre work. Lacks discipline and motivation. The whole time he was comparing him self to the Hispanic community. Showed up with ryobi tools and left my job unfinished. He was very unprofessional and never finished my job.

Hunter Tartarus is a racist man who does terrible work. Plz don?t hire him

To fix loose tile in out upstairs bathroom and to finish a shed inside for my handicap brother. We paid upfront he said tiles needed replacement but there was nothing wrong with them never started the job but kept the money (we are taking to court) started the shed never finished and what he did do was a mess also kept the money, he put up paneling we paid for without cutting the windows out and it's uneven. A total mess now he won't take our calls, texts or emails he did speak to my husband saying he would resolve the issue by refunding our money which never happened it's been almost a year so we've been been more than fair. Hire him at your own risk he talks a good game with no intention of doing what's right.

He required $1000 down to install pre made kitchen cabinets which we paid. After he cashed our check he never showed up or answered our calls. We are a retired couple with limited income. we can't afford to give away that kind of money. SHAME ON YOU HunterTaratus ! We want our money back.

I contacted All Star Pros for a flooring contractor (I thought.) Instead I was contacted by Hunter Taratus who got my info from Angi Leads, for which he paid $100, it seems. I got an estimate from Taratus Group LLC. We were in our home in VA and needed the work done so we could move to the new place, so I signed the estimate to get going. I began to reconsider going with him when I could not find any info on him. When I said we wanted to go with highly recommended Carpet One, he became very aggressive, threatening: From Hunter Taratus: You have already sign a contract with me. And what do you mean check my business registration with florida? I am 100% legal business with all documentation to prove it. I told you before you signed the contract that it's obviously a contract/ agreement 🤝 I also mentioned that there would be a cancelation fee ext. If you decided to cancel. I would like to work with you to get this project completed but if not I'll send you an email to sign releasing me of right so you can hire another contractor. It was accepted, either way if you refuse wanna to pay the cancelation i won't , argue I'll have North Florida Notifier LLC contact you about this. And then tack late fees and put a lean on home. And yes I told you it was accepted and have notifications showing otherwise No one seems to have heard of?!?? Lady who are you asking? I've build some of the most prestigious home in Florida. Including Dan mullins!!! We are reputable, professional and attentive to our customers. I believe you may be having doubts on your end and that's on you. Work is done from state to state by homeowners all the time. There has been no reason not to go with taratus group. I don't have time argue with your or text and prove I'm even a real person. My company is legal. It is under the florida registry and I've never had a customer wanna be so problematic over not knowing me. Of course you don't know me you don't even live in fl. We service the entire north fl area. I'll send you an email this evening with the info you need to cancel. There had been no work started or money exchanged. In spite of my concerns I went ahead and paid him to do the work, as he continued to say he could do a good job. Even after he pulled up the carpet and noted the uneven floor he continued to say he could do it. Lots of un leveled flooring under that carpet. Me-Could it just be sanded down level? Taratus- Yes in shaving the woods and sanding. It will be fine no worries. June 11 Me - The floor boards in the hall have already cracked and the fence was not finished. He has never responded since I asked him when he d be by to finish fence on May 14th, our move in date. The contract was for floor and ramp. The additional 7800 was for the fence. The ramp is fine. The fence is not professionally done. Slats were left sticking way above fence, no bottom wire, gates sloppy, etc. Now the floors are cracking in every room and hallway. He should have admitted once the carpet was up that he was not going to be able to do this floor with the materials he recommended and his level of skill.

Beware!!! This company quoted us one thing to start the job. Once they began the job they claimed there was a measuring mistake and send us anew quote which we never agreed to. While we tried to sort out the significant pricing difference between quote 1 and quote 2 they threatened with trespassing and ripping out the flooring. As if this wasnà ¢à  à  t enough they put a lien on our property and charged us an aggressive 20% late fee despite the fact that we hadnà ¢à  à  t agreed to the second quote and we were still trying to resolve the quote discrepancies.

They were great. I would recommend them to anyone they were quick they cleaned up. They took everything away. They were an honest.
