(Our AC system is one of the more complicated units, and I needed information concerning their work in cleaning the unit.) The Eclairs are very professional; they cleaned all the vents and returns inside and the covers; used a high pressure vacuum to blow out the entire duct system;cleaned the blower, coils, wires, drip pan; and installed a new return below the blower so that future cleaning had access to area in unit that had been unaccessible. They arrived on time, and in addition to the exceptional service, they were very pleasant to have in the home. I would highly recommend them. And we are no longer coughing from the very dirty system!!"

"Felicia was very responsive. She actually showed up early on the date and time agreed upon and she is very professional and pleasant. This was her first time cleaning for me so she said she would need to do a deep clean. I felt she did an decent job but not sure it was what I consider a deep clean. I have never had someone clean my home that did not empty the garbage cans. I normally do my own cleaning but cannot right now because of an injury so maybe I am expecting too much of a cleaning service. I have scheduled Felicia to come again just to see how it goes a second time."
