"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"Professional. Fast and accurate. Great customer service."

"Very professional. Awnings very well made and installed quickly. I strongly recommend this company for anyone wanting awnings on their windows. Many fabric selections and colors. Very happy with the way my house looks with this product."

"Excellent, quick work responded the same day and completed the work the same day."

"Every single step of this experience exceeded my expectations. My salesman Anthony was so genuine and professional... I loved that it's a family run business with no subcontractors. The installers were two young men who got right to work and did a great job installing the new awning and teaching me how to use the remote control and manual aspects. I honestly could not be more pleased. Everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations. For the first time since I've had the deck I will be able to have full Usage of it during the scorching hot Florida summer!"

"They are very professional and on time. They also give you status updates which is good to plan ahead."
