I don’t usually do reviews but I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Roofing isn’t a pretty process but from the very beginning, it was different with this company. We met with Jeremy, a personable & very knowledgeable rep. who didn’t just take the usual measurements & then leave to give us the cost through email. He actually listened to us regarding some past issues & concerns & offered to climb up into our crawl space to confirm our concerns. The other company reps barely listened or cared enough to physically confirm our concerns. Jeremy reassured us the problems the previous roofer left would not be “papered over” but completely resolved with his crew. I was so pleased when all his assurances were fulfilled with a lot of hard work from his totally professional crew. Despite 2.5 days of sloppy rain, the whole process flowed really well. It was like a swarm of bumble bees came, saw & conquered & my husband & I are so incredibly pleased! Thank you Jeremy & the whole Suncoast company! :-)

Sun Coast replaced the roof on my house and on the detached garage with my house. J and his team were very easy to deal with, and very straight forward. The price was fair and they came and did the work when they said they would and were considerate while on site, and cleaned up all the roofing nails that always go flying when you get a new roof. Highly recommend these guys- honest, and great work.

My house had minor roof damage from Hurricane Ian last year, and I had the Sun Coast Roofing and Solar technician Joe perform a roof repair. The Sun Coast Roofing installer was very nice, professional, and quick. I have had no leaks or problems.
