Well, he passed away this February of a rare form of cancer. So, I wanted to honor our promises of finishing the kitchen....and I started to look for a company that would be able to make our dream kitchen a reality. I interviewed a few companies that wanted to charge the price of a small car. I just wanted OUR cabinets refaced. Not a total remodel. Some of those companies wanted to replace the cabinets all together. Our home was built in 1986. Long before the invention of pressed particle board. Our cabinets are solid white oak. Have lasted over 40 years....I wasn't replacing them. So, I looked a little bit more. I came across a post on fb for WOW FACTOR. It made the statement that they refaced cabinets.
