The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! I am grateful for their many years of experience in the east valley."

"I HIGHLY recommend Florida Professional Roofing Services. I needed to have flashing around the chimney repaired on the home I just bought. The listing stated the roof was new in 2019. The roofers who installed the new roof never changed the flashing, and it was now leaking. The flashing, sheathing, and trusses now needed to be repaired. I was hoping this would be done before we closed. After multiple phone calls and conversations, it was apparent that the roofers had no intentions of coming out to fix their mess. We closed on September 11th. 2023. In desperation, I reached out to find a roofer. I called Jesus at Florida Professional Roofing. He came out the same day and gave a reasonable estimate. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two.
