"As I write this it is 1/11/2019/ My roof has been leaking since Aug of 2018. Dave has sent many non-english speaking employees out here to try and find the leak. Which was never found or repaired. Eventually he stopped returning our calls and decided (I assume) to just leave us with a leaky roof until the warranty expired. I decided even if I had to pay money out of my pocket, I never wanted him on my property again. Called Thomas Roofing, they found and repaired the problem in under 20 minutes. One of David English's wonderful employees put a nail right through a shingle. Apparently in the 8-10 times they were out here, no one could spot that. Needless to say, I will never use or recommend "Quality" roofing by design. And I use that term "quality" loosely. If I could sue him I would for all the damages this long term leak caused. Thank you David English, for nothing!"

"Warning Warning Warning, Steer Clear of this company. They will take your money and run! Good luck if you have future issues they will do everything possible not to honor their so called 7 year warranty. My roof is a little over a year old and it’s leaking around the chimney. Of course they blame it on storm damage funny thing is there is no damage at all no missing shingles no lifted shingles no missing ridge caps. The issue is they did not install new flashing around the chimney simply reused the old flashing. This was confirmed by a different contractor. West Orange is supposedly coming back to confirm but in speaking with them on the phone they pretty much called me a liar so I’m not holding my breath."

"I'm angry that the home inspector failed to point out the massive rat infestation in my roof - the foam on the outside copper pipes of the AC was completely visibly chewed away and there were rat wax markings in the soffit holes, big pile of rat droppings visible by from standing on the attic ladder. Now I have to pay over 2000 for new duct work and rat proofing the roof. If i had to do it again, I would do not hire rock solid and do my own home inspection. 0 stars"
