Everything works perfectly. I have used this company twice in the past to service our old awning unit. Fast forward to now, the unit was 17 years old and it was time to replace with compete new unit. We purchased a SunPro. Chris gave detailed instructions, line by line on the installation check list. I am very happy with this company and love our new SunPro awning."
