Julio was prompt with his response, came out the next day after I had requested proposal and begin work same day. Several parts were needing to be replaced and Julio helped track down the needed parts. Julio came out the next day after parts arrived and completed the work. Very professional, knowledgeable & reliable. I would & will be hiring him again.

I am so pleased with the work done! I highly recommend Pro Image Remodeling. Julio, the owner, takes his work to heart, he gave me amazing ideas during the renovation of a rental property I own. He completed the work in a timely manner and the quality of his work is outstanding. Also, I found that he's a fountain of information, he knows how to fix EVERYTHING. It's rare to find someone like that. I will definitely hire him again!

Julio was professional, timely, and most importantly thorough. He came out, inspected my riding mower, went to the store for parts, and came back and fixed it. I mowed my lawn later that day! I highly recommend him and will have him back to service my mower when needed again.

Julio did a great many different jobs for us in the last 9 months . We needed him for a full range of services from prepping our former house to get top price when we sold it, to helping us move into our new home and handle small handiman tasks up to helping us convert our new garage to an additional living space. Our biggest project was constructing a fabulous designer kitchen. Julio had great ideas throughout the project and continually suggested more economical ways to achieve our dream kitchen. It is gorgeous!! Julio is one of the most conscientious and honest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We will definitely be contacting him for any future remodels.

The brackets were installed incorrectly (backward and uneven) He was really nice and i appreciate him coming so far to at least attempt to help me. Im still going to now find someone to fix it and reinstall correctly.

This is my second rating for this company because I keep finding mistakes and had To have someone come and repair The tile that was put on the porch floor. Was advised the tile floor would take one and a half days and it took three and of course he charged by the day. I had numerous jobs he told me he would be able to do but all he did was the tile floor. I Purchased all material needed and he charged for services by the day. He was here for a total of 2 1/2 days

"[Member Name Removed] I'm so sorry you fell this way. as we had discussed the job would take a day and a half but if the carpet was glued down it would take 2 days since I would need to remove the glue to ensure the mortar would properly adhere. That is all I charged you for. not 3 days. the 3rd day I was there for a few hours I did not charge you for. before I left I asked if I had completed all the items on your list and you verified I did. again I am very sorry."

Wish we could give Julio an A++. This was the first time we used his services and would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. His prices were very reasonable. Not only did he do what we originally asked him too, and did it very well, he went above and beyond, by agreeing to help us dispose of some plexiglass panels we no longer needed. We are keeping his business card handy for the next time we need some work done.
