Prange provided me with everything I needed to know concerning the cost, installation, and warranty in such a way that I no questions going into the deal. The contractor requested 50% which generally irks me to give them that much, but in checking I found others in the area who had used him so I went ahead with the big deposit.. The contractor call a few days before installation to advise me that due to his error, Sunsetter had sent the wrong awning. The one they sent had an additional roll-down feature which turned out to be wonderful. I had originally said I didn't want it but am I ever happy we have it. The contractor did not charge me any extra. If you face east or west, I recommend you get the extra roll down feature-when that sun is low you'll be very happy you have it. The light kit: calls for 6 60watt bulbs. I am going to change them to 40watt. They are pretty bright. On time! On estimate!! Great job!!!
Description of Work: Purchased a Sunsetter free standing, electric powered awning, with the light kit, and the deluxe 5yr warranty.
