American LandscapesI couldn't have been more pleased with how professional and meticulous the work was done. The men did exactly what I asked, and more! My property is pretty large and is surrounded by ficus hedges. I had not maintained them this past year, so they were a bit out of control. Jason and his guys were able to trim them and stack all of the debris in a neat pile by the road. They then trimmed up all the palms on my property and shaped a couple of trees by my front entrance. I didn't think to have the trees by the front entrance shaped. Once they were shaped, I was impressed with how precise and identical the trees were. While there, I had them look at the grass. There were dead patches on the east side of my property and it looked as if it was a trail growing toward the back of the property. I was informed that they were chinch bugs. Jason showed me what the chinch bugs looked like by pulling up the grass and disturbing them. They then pulled up all the dead patches, treated the areas and its surrounding grass. Then the sod installers replaced the sod and added nutrients to combat the nutrients sucked out by the dead chinch bugs. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood. They are so professional, knowledgable and do amazing work.- Charlie R.

Massey Services of St AugustineThey are excellent and reasonable. I've been using them for more than 3-4 years. They got some good people doing good work. They charge accordingly. I probably have one of the best looking lawns in our town. She does it thoroughly. She fertilizes with the proper treatment. The price is pretty much the same every month. Florida Pest ControlThey did a great job on spraying but.....they harass you to buy other products like screens for your gutters that don't work and don't seem to be very knowledgable about their products they are selling. They kept asking my 75 year old mother to buy the screens for her gutters and she kept telling them no. They finally harassed her so much she bought them for my daughters house. Total waste of money. The pine needles get stuck in the screens and you have to guy up on your roof and pull them out constantly. Don't buy them!- Jeanne A.

I called 2 weeks ago to cancel my account due to financial hardships from this pandemic. They told me someone would call me back within 12-24 hours to confirm cancellation. No one called back. I called 2 days later and they told me they are waiting on the manager to sign off. I emailed the manager and NO response. I called a week later and they said they are still waiting and that a manager had called me and left 2 messages, which WASNT true! I never received a call or message. Now, it’s almost time for them to deduct another payment from my account. I’m going to have to dispute charges and file a complaint, all because they won’t go through with the cancellation. I do not recommend signing up with them, unless you decide to stay for life. They have no follow through on what they say they are going to do. Completely unprofessional. I’ve emailed the manager again. And the mosquito treatment we had didn’t even work. My husband was still getting bit every time he walked outside. Unsatisfied.
