Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Lehigh, Florida

After paying $650 upfront for a year's service, I was very unhappy that the problem was not resolved at the end of the year. In fact, because of poor treatment, the problem was even worse. At the end of the year, I paid a different company who came out and took care of it with two visits. Around the same time, Truly Nolen came back and treated the outside of my house without contacting me. They charged me another $117 for this service. I called three times asking to speak to someone about the bill, but was told each time that someone would call me back. No one called back and they turned the bill over to a collections agency. I would STRONGLY recommend AGAINST this company. The only good thing I have to say is that the service techs that came out were always friendly and courteous, though the treatment was ineffective. The office staff was not friendly nor courteous when I called asking to speak to management.

Very well, there were several bumps along the way but were handled very professionally and solved with great satisfaction.

It has been always good. We have been using them for 20 years. I have no complaints with them.

Horrible experience. Ruined my lawn and said they are not responsible. Corporate office never responded. Definitely would never use their service.

I have a yearly contract for pest control and lawn fertilizer they come whey are schedule and call if they can’t make it on time. I can call if a problem arises and they come out within a day or two. Highly satisfied

We started out great with them and had no problems. However, over the past two years, we have started to see a decline in service and have become dissatisfied. One time, we had an exterior service scheduled when not at home. My husband happened to pass the guy on the road and decided to park the next street over just to see what happens when we receive service while absent. The guy was there no longer that 10 or 15 minutes and gone. When we're there, the same service takes 45 - 50 minutes. Another time when we had indoor service scheduled, no one showed up. Yet another time, they showed up with no notice whatsoever! However, the final nail in the coffin was trying to schedule both indoor and outdoor service just recently. We wanted to be available when they arrived but we both had a very busy schedule over a two week period and needed to reschedule. I called to see if we could push the appointment out to the third week. Absolutely not - because it would go beyond their scheduled maintenance for whatever insect barrier they use. Also, they couldn't guarantee they could get there before my husband left for work even if he could be home (he works evenings) and I wouldn't be home until a few hours beyond that. We went round and round trying to find a favorable time during our very busy two weeks because they refused to go out to the third week. I finally gave up and just told them to cancel our service.
