When talking to him he asked me several question about my fireplace. I could only told him what I had know. I just bought this home. Upon arriving at my house he right off hand could have told me what kind of fireplace it was and the name. How he heard love that make and model knowing they don't make that one anymore. He let me know it was still in awesome condition knowing the year of the house. While cleaning the fireplace he was letting me know right off hand what he was doing step by step.
