"I just moved in to a home that had a kitchen sliding glass door that is very heavy and nearly impossible to open. I found Nick here on Angie's List. Nick was very courteous and professional when I initially contacted him for a quote. He came to the house on time and went right to work explaining the root causes of our sliding door not opening properly. He then explained how he was going to remedy the problem by replacing the rollers. I then left him alone to do his work. I checked back a few times to see if he needed anything and I couldn't help but notice how clean and neat he maintained the work area of our house. When he was finished he asked me to check his work and to open and close the door. I was absolutely amazed to be able to now open and close the door with my pinkie finger. The door opened as though it were gliding on soft butter. I had previously mentioned to Nick that taking the garbage out through that door was always a major ordeal. Needless to say, Nick had a big smile on his face when he saw how happy I was with the job he did. My wife came home a little while later and was very happy to be able to go out that door without calling me to open it for her. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
