"I just moved in to a home that had a kitchen sliding glass door that is very heavy and nearly impossible to open. I found Nick here on Angie's List. Nick was very courteous and professional when I initially contacted him for a quote. He came to the house on time and went right to work explaining the root causes of our sliding door not opening properly. He then explained how he was going to remedy the problem by replacing the rollers. I then left him alone to do his work. I checked back a few times to see if he needed anything and I couldn't help but notice how clean and neat he maintained the work area of our house. When he was finished he asked me to check his work and to open and close the door. I was absolutely amazed to be able to now open and close the door with my pinkie finger. The door opened as though it were gliding on soft butter. I had previously mentioned to Nick that taking the garbage out through that door was always a major ordeal. "The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."
