At first we thought it was ok. No ridge vent was put on and when we had insulation put in the attic it was full of dead leaves. So we had them come back and put it on. Then the metal started changing color by panels. Mr. Ogles came out and looked at it and agreed we had a problem. Then I couldn't get ahold of him. Tried numerous times. Finally called the company he ordered my metal from, and they found my invoice, but informed me that the metal ordered for my job was barn metal, and had NO WARRANTY! Still trying to get Ogles to make it right, and was promised it would be replaced. Could not get a response after that. Finally had to contact a lawyer, wish me luck. Please do not use this company for your roof or any other construction, as we also had him extend a porch, and found out that the floor was only being supported by a 2x4 on the dirt, and another for thd floor. My husband had to get under the porch and support it with cement blocks. Also, the screen he used for the porch is just awful! Can't clean it without getting holes in it.

After the metal roof was put on the chimney has leaked. They came out five times and now refuse to return my calls. The color of the metal has faded differently and they won't talk about it.

Company repaired a leaking roof of residence.

We had a proposal done on 9/12/2013.  We decided to go with them. We called and he stated we needed to meet with him and needed to sign the proposal and give him a color of the roof.  He called on Thursday, 10/3/2013 to state that they could come on Friday, 10/4/2013.  We did not sign the proposal but that did not matter.  We gave him the color of the roof and he stated they would be there on Friday.  They were there on Friday morning and started on the roof.  There were 6 guys working in the Florida heat.  They took breaks and lunch.  They had the roof completed by early evening.  They did a very good job.  Would hire  them again.

Contractor can not be believed.  He makes grand promises but never fulfils them.

Hired Mr. Ogles on Wednesday 5-2-2012 and ordered the color we wanted. His crew began work the next morning and had the job completed by Friday afternoon. I am very very pleased with the service and quality of work. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great job at a reasonable price.
