He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. "They were on time and did an excellent job. There was the threat of rain and they were concerned about tracking water into the house. Fortunately the rain held off and they were able to get the work done. They found a problem with the old dryer vent hose so they replaced it. They also found a problem where the vent exited the roof and tried to fix that. The two men were very friendly, worked quickly and did thorough job. I had two houses that needed work and they were able to get both done when they said they would."
