"Hired the company for stucco repair work around all the sides of the house. This is an investment property and as such, i was unable to be at the home. Great communication was extreamly useful as I was kept updated with the progress of the work via daily pictures. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Excellent!!!! We initially contracted with Sal, the owner, to pressure wash our lanai. We pressure washed it ourselves only two months before but the stains remained. When Sal pressure washed the surface, it looked new again. He recommended painting the surface to ensure our satisfaction for years and years to come. He just put the final coat on the pool deck and it looks brand new, moreover we can expect to enjoy this look for years and years to come. Sal delivers! He shows up when he says he's going to. He does fantastic work. He's thorough, clean, and works quickly. We've already scheduled him to come back to do two more projects."
