"Called on the Dec. 9 and the tech was heee in 8 hours. Wow what a difference between this home warranty to the last home warranty I had, it would be a week before they got someone out here and that would only happen if I continued to hound them to get someone out here. It put my faith back in home warranty again where was lost. Always had home warranty’s when I own my own homes. Never had a problem when I came from the DFW area to West Virginia . I just thought that West Virginia didn’t have people doing home warranty’s special after I had select home warranty’s it would take sometimes two weeks to get somebody out here and that was because they allowed me to call a technician to come out then you would have tell the technician that they needed to call select home warranty to work out a deal before fixing my problem. They done this to me every time. Nobody works on the weekends so if it happens during the weekend you file your claim but the catch of it is that the 48hrs they told it could get a hold of you doesn’t start until Monday morning and stops at 6 on fridays. Listen if you take my advice of a home owner that’s had a home warranty for 30 yrs stay away from select warranty. I had choice before and they always have done me right. It put my faith back in having repairs done in a timely manner"

The couch has great sentimental value to my wife. It belonged to her mother. The couch is many decades old and it showed its age and decline from its better days. I trusted this provider with this loved couch to bring back its beauty. Provider worked what I can only call magic and delivered a fine antique couch to us. He has high standards and I believe he must be a master craftsman of some sort.  He was timely and delivered what he promised... maybe more. I am pleased and happy to surprise my wife with this restored couch, I can't wait to see her face when she sees her couch in its new condition. This guy communicated thru every stage, and even sent me text photographs of the progress. I didn't even ask for photographs but it was so cool getting pics of the progress. I normally ask providers for pics, but did not ask because I did not want to offend provider. How pleasantly surprised and happy to receive the pics. I recommend this guy.
