"I paid apps $12,000 for them to repair my roof after a previous company damanged my roof during solar installation. They took apart my roof in too places left my roof open and it rained flooding my bedroom and living-room had water dripping in my ceiling fans!!! The roof still leaks!!! In the same places only I have more damage. Today a new company came out $4000 so far stating they never replaced the decking lament and boards as I was charged for. Mind you I’m still under warranty withRNC bug they ghosted me when I asked for repairs! They have came out dozens of time to “fix” the leaks. Well today the new company showed me that they were caulking the damage NOT fixing the damage as paid for. I think a lawsuit is in order When they took my solar off they left the panels unplugged for months and I had to hire a third company to come back and connect them. Run!!!"

We have specialized on Zone System installation as well as high efficiency units, 16 SEER and up, 2 stage and inverter compressors. We also offer Programmable and WiFi thermostat for the modern person in you. UV lights and high rated filter boxes to take care of your allergies. The choices are infinite.

"To start the review, since I was having trouble with my A/C temperature "keeping up" to the thermostat setting, a friend referred me to an A/C company (not The A/C Therapist). They did their full service check-up and determined it was simply the summer heat that was causing the 5 degree discrepancy. Unfortunately after their visit the temperature discrepancy rose to an 8-9 degree difference and was now periodically blowing non-cooled air. They sent another tech out to check it out again and he concluded that it was indeed just the summer heat causing all the issues. I didn't agree. With out-of-state family staying with us for a "special event" weekend less than 24 hours away I was frazzled and in need of help as our bedrooms are upstairs (2-story home) where the temperature was hotter and in the 80's. Luckily in my search I came across the right person in Richard from The A/C Therapist. Richard's tech was at my house the next morning and seemed like a man on a mission. He quickly checked out my whole system and concluded the problem was in my air handler. Within an hour he had completed his work and miraculously a few hours later the temperature had dropped to my thermostat setting, just in time for our visitors. Over that weekend and up to this writing the A/C has been working perfectly, no issues. It's a head-scratcher to me why The A/C Therapist solved this problem within an hour while the other company's techs couldn't figure it out. Needless to say Richard and The A/C Therapist will get all my A/C business from now on. To close, a big "Thank You" to Richard for bailing me out on such short notice for our visitor weekend and for making our house comfortable once again."
