When your a/c is out you want Chris to come out to fix it. He is thorough and skilled. He discovered the problem and checked the whole system to make sure that there was not a secondary problem. My a/c is fixed and cool air is flowing again. Chris’ charges were completely reasonable. He offers an annual maintenance contract which I signed up for because after meeting him there’s no one I would find who could do a better job. Thank you, CHRIS!

Polished and professional: I recently hired North East Heating and Cooling for my annual AC tune-up, along with adding vents in two doorways and a return. From start to finish, their work was outstanding. They even removed all of our existing A/C vents, repainted them white, and made them look brand new. I don't often write reviews, but Christian from North East is 100% deserving of a glowing review with full recommendation for others to use their services! I was in a last minute pinch looking to have my smart thermostat installed and I knew that my wiring was a bit out of spec (older home) and would require a professional, and Christian is every bit of that word PROFESSIONAL! He not only is priced very reasonably for customers, but overdelivers in value, communication, service, and care. He was able to get to my house same-day, and was so thorough and detailed in the installation. It's so hard to know when you're being sold to, presented ALL options, and in good hands, but with Christian you know every step of the way what he's seeing and what all solutions are. Highly recommend North East, and we'll be using them for our AC needs moving forward!

Christian was amazing! His bid was middle of the road, but I’d rather pay a bit more for good, honest service. Also, he came in way less than the company previously did the duct cleaning. We are hiring him for regular maintenance. I cannot believe how badly this previous company that I have had for ten years has been robbing my family blind! Chris/Northeast heating and air are professional, and thorough. I recommend this company highly! Do yourselves a favor and at least bring him out for a quote. See for yourselves.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. The owner, Chris, himself did the work on my a/c. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, the price was reasonable and my a/c was fixed quickly.

He did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent and servicing our air conditioning. He was very thorough and we were so happy with the job he did. He was very friendly, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him and we will be calling him again in the future as needed.

We are so happy that Christian was highly recommended to us. Our upstairs unit shut down. One well-known company charged us $300 to research the problem and was to return to complete the job. Christian found a dead lizard had burned out wires that only needed replacement. He replaced the wiring. A new $7,000 unit was not required. His integrity, honesty, professionalism, and patience amazed us. We called a well known Plumber to fix an outdoor faucet that had rusted out, a highly rated company gave us a $600.00 estimate to repair stating that a hole would have to be drilled into the wall, etc.etc. ( The office manager gave us this estimate after reviewing a picture of the faucet). We called Christian and he offered to come by at no charge to inspect it. He fixed the problem at 1/3 the cost..Seniors risk being ripped off by these companies. This one new to the area is the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST! We bought a yearly HVAC package to have a thorough check up completed as our home was built in 2005. 5 stars, not enough for the service and satisfaction we received.

Their intent is to not make money of you but to ensure to receive a long time client and ensure your house is back to 100%. They 100% have my business for the long term doing extremely awesome work and providing photo evidence of the difference of how they find something to how they left it after fixing. If you need anything plumbing, AC, or vent wise then North East Heating and Cooling is your way to go!!
