"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"My Geek-tech technician fixed a number of issues I was having with my computers, some of which I didn't even know I had. He also made some adjustments to make it easier for me to use my laptops. A big thank you to Albert Johnson for his help!"

"Taught me how to use and repaired my computer They are the best"

"He arrived exactly when he said he would he looked at the problem figured out where the difficulty was and repaired it. I was very pleased with his work."

"Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."

"David was a little late in his arrival but once he got here, he worked diligently. He explained everything about the camera and how to use it on my computer. We also found an electrical problem with an outlet, which was resolved. A bit pricey but worth it. I hope to keep vandals out of my yard and on tape should they try to enter again."

"was an excellent repair man did everything with care and very knowledgeable"

"I was very happy with the service provided. I had a computer and Internet installed and besides the service they performed they were quick friendly and patient with ALL my questions.
