Archer came as scheduled and worked on my refrigerator last week. After he left everything worked fine for a couple of days and then I noticed that the refrigerator wasnâ t cooling. I called Archer back, he came and made an adjustment. He advised me to rearrange things in the freezer and to make sure that the holes from which the cold air comes out are not covered and that there is a free air flow in the freezer. I did and I hope everything works from now on.

They were able to send an expert out the same day, and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently.
