I relayed this information to Mike Gonzalez, Field Manager. I ended up contracting PART of the work to be done by DISCREET ($700) which was performed by Mike, Field Manager, and he did a food job. I hired ANOTHER company (also on Angie's List) ) to thoroughly clean and sanitize the Air Handler, remove and clean its inner parts (coil, blower, etc.), and clean AC ducts & all vents in order to remediate the mold."

"Have used this roofer for over 10 years and have always been happy until having a roof-a-cide treatment and subsequent pressure cleaning of our pool pavers recently. We have before and after pictures of the pavers, they are damaged by the roof-a-cide and/or the pressure cleaning. Unfortunately the company is taking no ownership of the resulting aftermath of the treatment. Sometimes you find out more about a company after something goes wrong."
