"Hired wood chip to make a cabinet for my existing wall unit. Long story short he knew there were issues selecting the right color match and he never came back to check, I only dealt with his assistant. When the cabinet was delivered I stated my concern for the color but we had more work to do on the cabinet electrical wise before wood chip was to come back and finish the tv mount. After covid delays on both sides he told us to get a handyman to finish the job!!!!! I then started discussing how bad the color match was and he kept replying “I don’t know what you want us to do, we don’t do that anymore.” Which is a total lie if you look at recent work. I then had to hire a REAL cabinet maker to fix his shoddy work. The stain looked as if it was painted on, the Wood was cut in the wrong direction, the molding didn’t match, the toe kick didn’t match and there was so much wasted space on the inside of the cabinet.. as soon as I mentioned money he started ignoring me- don’t make the same mistake I did, hire a real cabinet maker with real woodworking experience"
