"When I purchased the house, there was a hole near one peak of the roof where an animal had chewed it - I needed it repaired and called One of a Kind. The work was done very professionally - Chad sealed a gap, replaced the board, and painted it - looks like new! Price was fair and I will definitely call him again for woodwork and remodeling."

"Southern Rust Woodworks has the best custom built products around. I have several pieces he has made for me, and I get asked all the time who did them and how to contact him. He can make anything you want! Or if you donâ t have an idea, he has great ideas himself. My house is basically a Southern Rust Woodworks showcase. Love all my pieces and they are excellent quality. Love all his products!!!"

"This 70+ yr old table needed refinishing due to neglect as well as sitting in water during a hurricane flood. It was refinished to perfection! Beautiful wood on top and the legs look unblemished. Would do it again!"

"Excellent service. Fencing on back order but we were kept updated on status. Once installation scheduled crew arrived on time and never even took break until job was done. Very professional and efficient. Have also used this company several other times for electrical and carpentry work with 5-star results."

"Cory replaced some damaged boards in our glue-down wood floor, which was an intricate project given that he had to remove tongue-and-groove boards and replace them with new ones without removing the whole floor and without damaging the surrounding boards. He made the floor look like new, and in a very affordable way. This was one of a number of jobs he has done for us over a decade or so. He is always prompt, courteous and professional. His prices are extremely fair, and he is always honest about his level of confidence in his ability to do any given job. If he tells you he knows exactly how to do a job, you can count on it."

"Wonderful workmanship! Explained all options for me to choose from within my budget. Installation was done in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend Frank ."
