"We are in New Smyrna Beach. We have a 2 story duplex townhome. In searching for a qualified structural contractor we found Steve Liese. The job was to replace the water-compromised and crumbling concrete garage header lintel. In addition, there was extensive trim work and interior finishing. The job required a few rounds of P/E drawings and extensive review by the city before, during, and after as it is a 2 story structure with an adjoining neighbor. In the end, a brick-like stucco finish would have to match what was there. All went very well. Steve Liese has a good working relationship with NSB and that was the difference! Job finished Sept. 2022."
