If you are looking for a Custom Home Builder in a range between $500,000 and higher then I am the fully Certified Florida General Contractor who cares about attention to details. I will provide you a guaranteed maximum price on your house. All work on your house will be by selected subcontractors fully licensed and insured. I work with all banking construction loans for all payments. I also can work with you finding the best house design set of blueprints and willing to work with any architect from design to build on a 20% cost plus contract. I am willing to build your house in any location in Central Florida including Daytona and Tampa. I have addresses/pictures of houses I have constructed and references available upon request. I have been constructing houses here in Florida the past 24 years since 1999. I am also a construction consultant for many General Contractors here in Florida. I am also willing to work with anyone who wants to perform some of the work themselves.
