"Joe is the BEST and MOST HONEST plumber going! I had the good fortune of finding him on Angie's list.!! He actually popped up as the very 1st plumber when I searched for a plumber. I had called and reached out to numerous plumbers that my neighbors recommended. and I then reached out to Joe. I explained my issue with a kitchen sink faucet leaking water and Joe was SMART enough to ask me to send him pictures of the kitchen sink and also the back wall of the bathroom, which I did. He viewed my pictures in advance as was able to advise me he would be able to fix my issue WITHOUT the need to RE PLUMB my entire house unlike OTHER vendors that I called and described the issue to who stated that my house we need to be completely re plumbed. He was he ONLY vendor that asked me to send him pictures of both the kitchen sink and the behind wall bathroom pipes. He he so smart and knew in advance how to effectively attack the issue BEFORE arriving and was able to start on the work immediately when he saw the issues. Joe is a one man show and self running owner. He takes great pride in his work and was very reasonable and HONEST is his assessment an overall repair to my old home built in the early 1940's. He not only fixed the repaired area's, but also patched up the effective area's. he worked on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe's plumbing, as you will not find anyone better to do the work then him JOE is the SUPERMAN of complex plumbing issues I am SO VERY GRATEFUL for all, his help on my account ..... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe's Plumbing NOTE: BEWARE of the plumber that was dispatched to my home via my Home Warranty company RILEY Corp FL License # CRC-R1328659.... Shawn is the owner. He and his plumber are lairs, incompetent, and stated my home MUST be re plumbed and left me with there MESS and water turned off at the street. He never once called me with the 3 game plans or options as he told me he would do. Joe is truly the SUPERMAN of plumbing I WOULD HIGHLY recommend him with ANY plumbing issue Thanks Vince"

"Albert Kycyku has restored my faith in using a professional from Home Advisors! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I also appreciated the fact that once he quoted me a price, he did not change it during our conversation. It was a little before 2:00 p.m. on 1/22/19 when we spoke. Believing that it was too late to schedule for the same day, I told him I wanted to schedule the work for 1/23/19. He told me he could come that day and we agreed on a time which was approximately an hour and a half later. While texting him my contact information, Albert called me and told me that the plumber was about ten minutes from my house and could come then. I told him that I needed to move things from under my bathroom cabinets so the plumber could work under there, and he assured me that I did not have to move anything and said that the plumber would move everything out of the way, and put them back in place. This took him and his company up another notch in my estimation of them! Francisco was the plumber that came. He was very pleasant, neat, professional, and very well mannered! Manners in our society today is almost as extinct as the dinosaurs! He focused on what he was doing and did not waste time or goof off. It was nothing short of a miracle to actually have a professional come to my house for a project and not stay on their cell phones 80% of the time on personal calls. "Very good listener. Found a better way to fully solve my leaking faucet to my washing machine issue,and found two other issues that were also solved quickly and easily while he was here. A less conscientious plumber could have taken advantage of my ignorance and made this simple problem a much more costly job. Very trustworthy person who really wants to serve the customer. "Things I loved - no up-charge for having a weekend emergency. The gentleman who came was on time and very polite. Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. Assuming the work all holds up beyond a day or two, it seemingly will have been fine work quality. But it all seems good and it was in the end a very fair price - and I would call them again."
