We've been in business for almost almost 8 years. However we treat Excellence as life long goal as Excellence Is Our Priority. We remove broken and cracked concrete driveways and or patios and walkways and install beautiful pavers of your choice. We do offer 1 year warranty on the job because We do all the work. Never do we take your project and subcontract it out to someone else, Never. We do a variety of Hardscaping and other things as well. But Whatever we do is with Excellence. This is our outlook and our goal. We want to beautify any area and or project you have.
"The pricing was very good. The lowest I quote I had. The price was lowered initially by the female owner without me even asking. The communication was spotty initially and then non existent at the end. I give it to crew, they had an initial road block. Part of my walk way leading to my house was poured with the initial slab for the house. This made it super thick. The boys tried to chip at it but eventually the boss man had to come up with a new plan. The plan was good and it ended up being the best option. The issue I had was with the details. There was a 2 foot by 2 foot corner area that was done very poorly. By poorly I mean It looked like someone blind measured and did it. I have 2 to 3 inch gaps where the house meets the pavers. I have a down spout that is piped underground that had the same gaps. Instead of measuring and cutting pavers to spec, they just decided to used the pavers they already had. Because the pavers are set dimensions it left huge gaps that when you see it you just shake your head. The rest of the area is good but not above average. Some pavers are already starting to become unlevel. The portion was the last part in the day and it was getting dark. Because of this I believe they didn't want to cut pavers and just plopped the ones they had resulting in a ****** job. This allowed them to be done in one day and not come out another time. The issue is when I addressed this with the female owner she assured me it would be fixed. After 4 attempts which included 2 no call no shows I stopped asking them to fix it. Having little things to fix is very common but the great companies fix any to most issues after a job is done. At this point I already payed them in full so the urgency wasn't there. In the end I found out that the owners, a couple, were split and this ultimately affected the communication. The wife would quote and be the middle man and the husband, along with a crew would do the work. Because their personal relationship wasn't good it in the end resulted in poor communication and a job that still has issues needed to be addressed. I wouldn't recommend this company due to the personal side of their relationship affecting the business side. The information about the relationship was told to me by the wife herself which I thought was unprofessional."

"I found Water Oak irrigation services through Angie's List. Dan (the owner) and I met on 4/16/25 at 8:30 a.m. to discuss the project; I was clear about obtaining a permit when we met. That same day, I received a written quote that included the cost of obtaining the permit. On 4/16/25, I paid the requested deposit. On 4/22/25, I called Dan and inquired if he had pulled the permit and when he could do the job. Dan stated he is working on the permit and will schedule the job for 4/25/25 @ 7:30 am. I received a texted confirmation for 4/25@7:30. Dan arrived 4/25 @9:45am, I immediately approached him and asked to see the permit. Dan stated that he did not have it on him, and it would be emailed to me shortly. Dan proceeded to begin installation. At 11:44 am, he called to tell me he was going to lunch. He returned at approximately 1:30 pm. I approached him to advise him that I had not received the email with the permit. Dan told me I do not need a permit; he is the professional. I voiced to Dan that I wanted and paid for a permit. Dan said he did not like how I responded: he was trying to save me money. This is unacceptable. At 3:48 pm, I received a text message from Dan: "Hello, I finished up but had to get to another appointment. I will call you when it's closed and completed." I have no idea what that means. I feel this did not have to happen if Dan had done what he was paid to do and not lied about it. I would not have approved him to begin the work if he had been honest about not getting the permit. I was deceived, and I have no idea if my sprinkler system is functional."
