"I called them all and spent several months deciding before I chose Shore up. Why? I had a lot of questions and Eric either picked up the phone when I called or returned my texts & calls promptly. He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. But we had someone else initially remodel the bathrooms, and they did a really bad job that made them unusable, and he was able to come in and write the following: that and this, everything, and make professional suggestions for things that should have been done the right way. There were also a lot of professional suggestions as to what grout we needed. He’s very helpful in getting the correct tile and grout to make sure that our showers will last for years."
