He was very professional and clearly explained his qualifications, recommendations and work plan. In addition, he listened well to understand what we wanted. The quote was very reasonable as well. On the day of the tree service, the staff that arrived to work were on time and very professional with well maintained equipment. They communicated the plan again to ensure it was what we had intended. And after work they cleaned up the area of all debris and cuttings, leaving it as if they hadnâ t been there except for some nicely trimmed trees â which were all done cleanly and were well balanced. In addition, they trimmed in a way that wonâ t damage the tree itself and followed good arborist techniques. Also, the final charge was exactly as we agreed upon in the quote with no hidden fees or upcharges. I will definitely be using them the next time we need our trees maintained and recommended them to neighbors."
