"David Gray A/C, Plumbing & Electrical was hired by me to install two LED ceiling fixtures and adjust another LED fixture. My goal was to add more overhead light in a rather dark entryway leading from the garage to the home and connecting the hallway. As an overview, David Gray’s appointment procedures gave me the flexibility to select a date, day of the week, and time to do the work. They called me about a half-hour before their arrival time. I was very pleased with the two-man team that was sent to do the work. Andrew Knight, the technician went over the work and provided me with an estimate before they began. He gave me an overview of the work…he explained what needed to be done with the new LED fixtures and installed the fixtures according to proper electrical code…he also gave me an option to choose the light color that I felt would be pleasant and accomplish my goals…he adjusted the color on each fixture from SOFT WHITE to DAYLIGHT…I selected BRIGHT WHITE (4000K)…this selection gave me the extra brightness for a safe entryway and hallway. The team worked efficiently, treated me with respect, and cleaned up the work areas. I was very pleased with the outcome…I now have a far safer home environment that I can enjoy and rely on when friends and family members visit. However JAX Hydro-Jetters LLC went above and beyond to send out a very professional and efficient plumber, Mr. Lopez who explained the entire process and how everything worked. "I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended. It was a tight fit, but Ron made it work. They put in new plumbing and Ron even installed new on/off valves to the water filter. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and helpful. We are very happy with Ron’s work and will definitely recommend him and use him in the future."
