Firstly, Brian nailed the estimate. When it came time to do the work, I never once received a change order or request for more more money. This is highly impressive on a project with so many variables and unpredictable obstacles. It isn't that obstacles didn't come up, it was that the crew just worked through them as they did. Secondly, the estimate was very reasonable. Fortunately, my house is literally a rectangular cube without much architectural interest. Nonetheless, I was happy with the price.
