"Wahoo has always done well for me. Their process is simple, the plumbers always walk me through the reasons for the repairs. They've replace a toilet, patched up a leaky pipe and regraded my main drain line once when I was having issues. Awesome team."

"The dispatcher told me that someone would be at my home between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM but since there were several trucks operating in my area the possibility was good that someone could be there earlier. Eventually i was notified that the time would be moved out to sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. They eventually arrived at around 8:30 PM and determined that the equipment that they had could not be used in my pipes and even if it could they could not access my roof vent due to the fact it was dark. They did offer a substantial discount for the job due to the lateness of the call and set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technicians arrived at around 8:45 the next morning and did a wonderful job of completely clearing the drain in around an hour. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."
