"It went great. I requested an estimate which was sent that included plants discussed. Upon receipt of the design, the elements that were discussed were included proving to me they listened. A copy of the drawing was sent so I could submit to the HOA for approval. When job was complete, it was obvious that more plants were needed, and they came the next day to fill it in having recognized it before I said anything. The job was labor intensive. All the mulch in the yard was removed, wood chips, and shredded mulch was replaced. Some hedges were removed, some plants were freshened up, and of course the new design. Steve and his partner Michael were easy to work with. Their staff were friendly and the whole team was knowledgeable with their part of the job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly."

Fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night several times, the security alarm also went off several times and NEVER received a call to check on our safety. Many of our neighbors have experienced the same issues, but unfortunately for them, they are still tied to the contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR FAMILY ON THIS COMPANY. Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month? Another Company with an ounce of decency would’ve let you out of the contract after it expired without having to partial pay month after contract had already expired, particularly when they never reached out to check on your family when alarms went off. Sent email to Sharen Overstreet, still no acknowledgement or response of my request to cancel the contract."

"First mistake by paying up front even tho I had to supply everything. He blamed my concrete screws, wood, and all kind of things because he couldn't finish the job. I find out that IF he had to work over 3 hours I would be charged more !! I was going to have him do many jobs from kitchen painting to new bathroom floor which I would have to pay 50 % plus all supplies before he did the job just for putting me on his schedule !! Thankfully I had this job first and am out only 125.00. I realize he wants pay up front because if things like this go wrong he still makes money. No guarantees from this place either. I had to carry in the plywood from back yard that was left in the rain."
