"Based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions in Tampa for gutter repair or installation services. We contacted the company to address a gutter leak affecting one side of our home. The company provided an estimate, and we proceeded under the assumption that the leaking section would be replaced. However, the $2,950 estimate was solely for patching the leaks rather than a full replacement. When two technicians arrived, our security cameras showed that they brought only a ladder and did not transport any new materials to the affected area. We were surprised that nearly $3,000 was billed for what amounted to basic patchwork. Upon inquiring why the gutter was not replaced as expected, the company stated that my husband had approved the estimate. He did so believing it covered a replacement rather than minor repairs. We made a partial payment of $2,000, expressing concern over the high charge and the circumstances—particularly given my husband's age (77 years old). They obviously took advantage of an elderly person. We proposed making the final payment after the next rainfall to ensure the repairs were satisfactory. Today, we received written notice that unless we pay the remaining balance, the account will be referred to collections with an additional $500 fee. We paid the final balance to avoid having to fight this company and spent even more money for legal fees!! I also attached a picture to see how small this area really is …… This company should be ashamed of how they do business! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! If I could, i would rate this company a minus 5."

The initial $2,300 quote was reduced to $1,500. Though I scheduled the work for Friday so I could be present, I received an invoice Wednesday and was told the job was done—based on photos. It rained the next day; the problem persisted. The installer was sent back and claimed full gutter replacement was needed—information never shared before. I climbed up and found bent leaf guards, leaves still inside, and a hole was drilled into a joint to relieve water buildup. No cleaning, no sealing, no leveling. Nothing heard for a week. I hired another company to fix the issue and informed Guardian. Chris said he was waiting on me to call him to schedule the replacement. Rob, a true professional offered a solution - i declined. Our community, adjacent communities, nor any properties I manage or influence will use Guardian Gutters."
