"The owner, Chris, called me within minutes of sending my Home Advisor request for dryer vent cleaning. He set up a next day appointment. They came out the next day and were very friendly and personable. It took the 2 of them about 30 minutes to do the dryer vent cleaning. Only issue I had was they charged me $21 to replace the vent kit behind the dryer. They said it was a more flexible vent hose so that the dryer could be pushed back closer to the wall. That would have been great except when they left, the washer and dryer were pulled so far out from the wall that I couldn t close the laundry door. I had to push the appliances back into place to be able to close the door. I would hire them again. They were super friendly and did the job. I d just remind them to make sure that I can close the door after they leave."
